Chelley Hellmers plays a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the daily operations of Pioneer Health as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 15 years of experience, Chelley is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for the operations of all specialty lines of service including neurology, pulmonology, critical care, and sleep medicine.

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Bonaventure University and her Master of Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose. Her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and project management certifications enable her to set strategic initiatives, maintain quality standards, and optimize operational efficiency while supporting the vision and mission of Pioneer Health.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Chelley enjoys spending quality time with her two dogs, Mylo and Rosie, and values the importance of work-life balance.
