Dr. Jason Maljaars is a board-certified neurologist specializing in adult and vascular neurology. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Adult Neurology and Vascular Neurology. Dr. Maljaars earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency training in Neurology, followed by a fellowship in Vascular Neurology, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and management of stroke and other complex cerebrovascular disorders, as well as comprehensive care in general neurology. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and advancing neurological health through evidence-based practice.
