Harshesh Amin, MD is a fellowship-trained pulmonologist specializing in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease and internal medicine. He provides medical services in the medical ICU and the inpatient pulmonary consults. He sees patients with chronic conditions like COPD, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, cystic lung disease and various pleural diseases. He is currently finishing up his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Amin’s typical patients in the ICU are complex with multiple acute and chronic medical conditions. In the pulmonary clinic he sees patients with nodules, lung cancer, chronic lung diseases like asthma and COPD and vast pulmonary disease. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Amin likes to travel and learn about different cultures. He likes watching and playing sports including basketball, football, golf and is a big fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. He is also fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
